Description of exercise | Func bil jump/turn to side and backward 180 exercise is a dynamic movement that combines jumping, turning, and twisting to target the core, legs, and cardiovascular system. To perform this exercise, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Then, jump and turn your body to the side while simultaneously bending your knees and bringing your hands to your chest. As you land, jump again and turn your body to the opposite side, repeating the same movement. Next, jump and turn your body 180 degrees while bringing your hands overhead. Finally, jump and turn back to the starting position. This exercise helps improve agility, balance, and coordination while also increasing lower body strength and endurance. |
