The individual then slowly rolls the ball forward, keeping the core engaged and the neck in a neutral position. This movement challenges the stability of the neck and shoulders, helping to improve posture and reduce neck pain. It can also be modified to incorporate arm and leg movements for an added challenge. Regular practice of this exercise can improve overall neck stability and strength, leading to better posture and reduced risk of injury. |
