Peek-a-boo is a classic game that is often played with infants and young children. How to do exercise
Sit in chair with arms raised out to side at shoulder height with elbows bent to 90 as shown.
Keep arms at shoulder height and move elbows forward to front.
Return to start position while squeezing shoulder blades together.
