Description of exercise The clipped bird wing exercise is a training method used to help birds learn to fly and strengthen their wing muscles. It involves clipping the primary feathers on one wing of the bird, causing it to be unbalanced and unable to fly. This forces the bird to use its wings to balance and move around, similar to how a baby bird learns to fly. The exercise should be done under the supervision of a trained professional and should only be temporary, as the feathers will eventually grow back. It is important to provide a safe and spacious area for the bird to practice this exercise.
