Description of exercise | Bent elbow shoulder circles is a simple yet effective exercise that targets the muscles in the shoulders and upper back. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms bent at 90 degrees, with your palms facing forward. Begin by rotating your shoulders in a circular motion, keeping your elbows close to your sides. As you rotate, focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your core engaged. This exercise can help improve shoulder mobility, strengthen the muscles in the upper back, and reduce tension in the shoulders. It can also be modified by using light weights or resistance bands for added resistance. |
