Description of exercise The WC side leaning intermediate exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the obliques, or the muscles on the sides of the abdomen. To perform this exercise, start by lying on your side with your legs straight and your bottom arm supporting your head. Place your top hand on your hip and lift your legs off the ground, keeping them straight and together. Then, using your obliques, lift your upper body off the ground while keeping your legs in the air. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly lower back down. This exercise helps to improve balance, stability, and overall core strength.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • While sitting in wheelchair, position arms out to sides with elbows straight.
  • Slowly lean trunk to left and return to start.
  • Lean trunk to right and return.
  • Repeat.
