How to do exercise
  • Attach elastic to bottom front of right side of chair.
  • Grasp elastic in right hand, keeping elbow straight.
  • Raise arm to up in front, keeping arm straight.
  • Return and repeat.
  • Repeat series with elastic attached to left side and using left arm.
