How to do exercise
  • Stand in front of trampolet holding medicine ball at chest in both hands.
  • Throw ball into trampolet at an angle so it bounces to to left.
  • Step to left and catch it as it bounces back.
  • Throw again bouncing it to right and step to right and catch.
  • Repeat.
