Then, bring the weight down towards your opposite knee in a chopping motion, while simultaneously jumping and switching your feet. Repeat on the other side for a complete workout. How to do exercise
  • Stand in front of trampolet holding medicine ball in both hands to the left.
  • Throw ball into trampolet at an angle so it bounces to to left and catch it as it bounces back to the left.
  • Throw again and catch to the right.
  • Repeat.
