Description of exercise | The Bodyblade forward push/pull exercise is a dynamic movement that utilizes a lightweight, flexible blade to engage and strengthen the muscles in the arms, shoulders, and chest. With one hand gripping the handle at the top of the blade and the other hand at the bottom, the user performs a back and forth motion, pushing and pulling the blade in a controlled manner.
