Description of exercise Bosu single jump is a plyometric exercise that involves jumping onto and off of a Bosu ball. This exercise helps to improve balance, coordination, and lower body strength. To perform this exercise, stand on one side of the Bosu ball with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and jump onto the Bosu ball, landing softly on the center of the ball. Hold for a second and then jump back down to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. This exercise can be modified by adding a medicine ball or dumbbells for an added challenge. It is a great way to engage multiple muscle groups and improve overall athletic performance.

How to do exercise
  • Stand on BOSU with both feet.
  • Jump up, land on one leg, jump back up and land with other leg.
