  • Sit with legs crossed.
  • Place elastic behind mid back, holding the ends in hands as shown.
  • Keep elbows slightly bent and out to sides at shoulder level.
  • Inhale, tighten abdominals a slightly round back.
  • Exhale while bring hands together in front.
  • Inhale and return to start position.
  • Repeat.
