To perform this exercise, stand facing a corner with one foot slightly in front of the other. Place your hands on each wall at shoulder height, with your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle. Lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest muscles. Hold for 20-30 seconds and then relax. This stretch helps to improve flexibility and range of motion in the chest, shoulders, and upper back. It can also help alleviate tension and pain in the chest and shoulder area.
