  • Lie on back, knees bent, arms at side, feet flat on floor.
  • Practice proper breathing method.
  • Lengthen the neck by concentrating on extending the back of neck.
  • Make small circles with nose, trying to make motion come from only the very upper part of neck at the base of the skull.
