How to do exercise
  • Kneel with feet together, toes pointed backwards.
  • Lower buttocks onto heels.
  • Place hands next to ankles, thumbs inward.
  • Lower chest to thighs, placing forehead on floor.
  • Keep hands next to ankles with palms upward.
  • Hold and practice breathing.
