Description of exercise | Breathing lotus three hand exercise is a simple yet powerful technique that combines deep breathing and hand movements to promote relaxation and reduce stress. It involves sitting in a comfortable position with the spine straight and the hands resting on the knees. The first step is to inhale deeply while raising the hands up to the chest, palms facing up. Then, exhale slowly while bringing the hands down to the sides. The second step is to inhale again while bringing the hands up to the forehead, palms facing outwards. Exhale and bring the hands down to the sides. The final step is to inhale one last time while bringing the hands up to the crown of the head, palms facing up. Exhale and bring the hands down to the sides. This exercise can be repeated for a few minutes to calm the mind, improve focus, and increase energy levels. |
