Description of exercise Camel exercise is a popular yoga pose that helps to stretch and strengthen the back, chest, and shoulders. To perform this exercise, start by kneeling on the ground with your knees hip-width apart. Slowly lean back and place your hands on your heels, keeping your arms straight. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat this movement a few times, focusing on your breath and keeping your core engaged. Camel exercise can help improve posture, relieve tension in the back and neck, and increase flexibility. It is also known to stimulate the digestive system and improve overall energy levels.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Tall kneel on towel with knees hip distance apart.
  • Place hands on hips.
  • Bend backward about 6-8 inches, then grasp feet with thumbs outward.
  • Continue to bend trunk and neck backward, exhale and hold.
