To do this exercise, place the cane on the ground parallel to your body and grip it with both hands. Then, lower your body towards the cane, keeping your elbows close to your sides and your back straight. As you push back up, focus on squeezing your chest muscles and engaging your core. This exercise helps to strengthen the chest, arms, and core muscles while also improving stability and balance. It can be modified for different fitness levels by adjusting the height of the cane or using a thicker stick for more resistance. |
