Description of exercise The stretch thumb ext exercise is a simple and effective way to improve the flexibility and strength of your thumb. To perform this exercise, start by holding your hand out in front of you with your palm facing up. Then, use your other hand to gently pull your thumb back towards your wrist, feeling a stretch in the base of your thumb. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds before releasing. Repeat this stretch 2-3 times on each hand. This exercise can help alleviate thumb pain and stiffness, and can also improve your grip strength. It is especially beneficial for those who use their hands frequently, such as musicians, athletes, and office workers.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
