Description of exercise The Caregiver arm extend stretch exercise is a simple yet effective way to improve flexibility and range of motion in the arms. It involves standing with feet shoulder-width apart and extending one arm straight out in front of the body, parallel to the ground. The other hand can be placed on the extended arm for support. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds and then switch arms. This exercise can be repeated multiple times and can also be done with both arms extended at the same time. It helps to loosen tight muscles, improve posture, and prevent injuries. It is a great exercise for caregivers who often have to lift and carry heavy objects.
