Description of exercise Stretch wrist ext exercise is a simple yet effective way to improve flexibility and strength in the wrist and forearm muscles. To perform this exercise, start by extending your arm straight out in front of you with your palm facing down. Use your other hand to gently pull back on your fingers, stretching the wrist and forearm muscles. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds and then release. Repeat on the other hand. This exercise can also be done by placing your hands on a table or flat surface with your fingers facing towards you and gently leaning forward to stretch the wrists. Regularly incorporating this exercise into your routine can help prevent injuries and improve overall wrist mobility.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Gently grasp forearm of child.
  • With other hand bend wrist upward until a gentle stretch is felt.
