To perform this exercise, stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly shift your weight onto one foot while keeping the other foot lightly touching the ground. Hold for a few seconds and then shift your weight onto the other foot. Repeat this movement for several repetitions to improve your balance and coordination. |
