How to do exercise
  • Place toys on a small stool.
  • Position child next to toys on one knee with other foot and heel flat on floor as shown.
  • Place one hand on hips, other on trunk, applying slight downward pressure.
  • Encourage child to play with toys without using arms for support.
  • Repeat play with child kneeling on other side.
