Description of exercise Kneel assist exercise is a strengthening exercise that primarily targets the muscles in the lower body, specifically the quadriceps and glutes. To perform this exercise, start by kneeling on a mat with your hands on the ground in front of you. Slowly lift one leg off the ground and extend it behind you, keeping your knee bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold this position for a few seconds before lowering your leg back down. Repeat with the other leg. This exercise helps improve balance, stability, and overall lower body strength. It can also be modified by adding weights or resistance bands for an extra challenge.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Place child on knees.
  • Place one hand on their hips, the other on their trunk.
  • Provide slight downward pressure.
