Description of exercise Face up front lifts exercise is a simple and effective workout that targets the muscles in the forehead and upper face. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your hands on your forehead, palms facing inwards. Then, gently lift your head and shoulders off the ground, using your hands to provide resistance. Hold this position for a few seconds before slowly lowering your head back down. Repeat for several reps. This exercise helps to strengthen and tone the muscles in the forehead, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin. How to do exercise
  • Attach elastic to secure object.
  • Lie on back on ball, face up, knees bent, back straight.
  • Grasp elastic in both hands and pull elastic over head, keeping elbows straight.
