Then, quickly flip the jacket over your head and onto your back, making sure to keep your arms straight and your core engaged. How to do exercise
  • Place the jacket or shirt face up with the collar next to your stomach.
  • Have child slip both arms into the sleeves about to elbow level.
  • Child lifts arms up and over head.
  • Move arms side to side to let garment slide all the way onto arms.
