Description of exercise Elastic arm walk exercise is a low-impact exercise that involves walking while holding elastic bands in both hands. The bands provide resistance, making the exercise more challenging and effective. This exercise targets the muscles in the arms, shoulders, and upper back, helping to improve strength and tone in these areas. It also engages the core muscles and can improve posture and balance. To perform this exercise, stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the elastic bands at shoulder height. Begin walking forward, keeping the arms straight and pulling the bands apart with each step.
