Description of exercise | Wobble trunk twist exercise is a core strengthening exercise that involves standing on a wobble board or unstable surface while performing twisting movements with the upper body. This exercise targets the abdominal muscles, obliques, and back muscles, improving stability, balance, and coordination. To perform this exercise, stand on the wobble board with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold a medicine ball or weight in front of your chest and twist your upper body from side to side, keeping your hips and lower body stable. The wobbling motion of the board adds an extra challenge, making this exercise more effective for building core strength and stability. |
