Description of exercise Wobble trunk twist exercise is a core strengthening exercise that involves standing on a wobble board or unstable surface while performing twisting movements with the upper body. To perform this exercise, stand on the wobble board with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Sit on wobble board, knees slightly bent, legs in front.
  • Place arms at chest.
  • Keep board level and balanced.
  • Slowly rotate body from side to side as shown.
