This exercise helps to improve flexibility and mobility in the neck and upper back muscles. To perform this exercise, one should sit or stand with a straight back and slowly turn the head to one side, holding for a few seconds before returning to the starting position. This movement can be repeated several times on each side, gradually increasing the range of motion. |
