Description of exercise | Arm angels is a simple and effective exercise that targets the muscles in your arms, chest, and back. To perform this exercise, lie down on your back with your arms extended straight above your head. Slowly raise your arms up and over your head, keeping them straight and close to your ears. Continue to move your arms in a circular motion, bringing them back down to your sides and then back up above your head. This movement resembles the motion of an angel’s wings, hence the name “arm angels”. This exercise helps to improve upper body strength, flexibility, and posture. It can be done with or without weights and is suitable for all fitness levels. |
