Description of exercise Arm angels is a simple and effective exercise that targets the muscles in your arms, chest, and back. To perform this exercise, lie down on your back with your arms extended straight above your head. Slowly raise your arms up and over your head, keeping them straight and close to your ears. Continue to move your arms in a circular motion, bringing them back down to your sides and then back up above your head. This movement resembles the motion of an angel’s wings, hence the name “arm angels”. This exercise helps to improve upper body strength, flexibility, and posture. It can be done with or without weights and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Stand in chest deep water, arms crossed in front of body and legs apart.
  • Move arms up and out to sides and return to start position.
  • Repeat.
