Description of exercise The Jaw Butterfly Exercise is a simple facial exercise that targets the muscles in the jaw and chin area. It involves opening the mouth wide and then closing it slowly while keeping the lips pressed together. How to do exercise
  • Place tongue in resting position on roof of mouth.
  • Slowly open mouth as far as possible.
  • Remove tongue from roof of mouth and open wider.
  • Place thumbs on back molars and apply light downward pressure.
  • Remove thumbs and slowly close mouth.
  • Repeat.
