To perform this exercise, you stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and wrap the elastic band around your thighs just above the knees. Then, slowly bend your knees, pushing against the resistance of the band, and return to the starting position. Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Secure elastic or hold in hand.
  • Lie face down with elastic attached to upper calf.
  • Begin with knee straight.
  • Bend knee to hip allowing elastic to assist as shown.
  • Return to starting position.
