Description of exercise DB step touch backward shoulder to shoulder exercise is a dynamic movement that targets the shoulders, arms, and core muscles. To perform this exercise, start by standing with your feet hip-width apart and holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Step back with your left foot and simultaneously raise your left arm up to shoulder height, keeping your elbow bent. At the same time, bring your right arm down to your side. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. This exercise helps improve shoulder stability and strength, while also engaging the core muscles for balance and coordination. It can be modified by using lighter or heavier weights, or by increasing the speed of the movement.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Hold weights in hands.
  • Place foot of involved leg on step.
  • Step up, lifting uninvolved leg off floor.
  • Lower uninvolved foot toward floor but do not touch floor.
  • Return to start position and continue.
