Sitting weight shift
Description of exercise
Sitting weight shift exercise is a simple yet effective movement that involves shifting your body weight from one side to the other while sitting in a chair. This exercise helps to improve balance, stability, and coordination, as well as strengthen the core muscles. To perform this exercise, sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting on your thighs. Slowly shift your weight to one side, lifting your opposite foot off the floor slightly. Hold for a few seconds, then shift your weight to the other side.
