Description of exercise | DB chest fly is a resistance training exercise that primarily targets the chest muscles. It involves lying on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand and extending the arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground. The movement is similar to hugging a tree, as the arms are then brought together in front of the chest until the dumbbells touch. This exercise helps to strengthen and tone the chest muscles, as well as the shoulders and arms. It can be performed with various weights and can be modified to target different areas of the chest.
