Description of exercise | Standing upper back rear twist is an exercise that targets the muscles in the upper back, specifically the rhomboids and trapezius. Keeping your arms straight, twist your torso to one side while pulling the weight towards your hip. Hold for a second, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
