  • Loop elastic around waist, pulling from the right hip, facing away.
  • Keep legs shoulder distance apart.
  • Position arms on chair to prevent upper body from twisting.
  • Pull right hip forward.
  • Return to start position and repeat.
  • Repeat sets with left hip.
