How to do exercise
  • Attach two elastics, (one in front, the other behind) to secure objects.
  • Stand between elastics and grasp elastics in both hands, arms out to sides.
  • Keep elbows straight.
  • Pull front elastic backward as you pull rear elastic forward.
  • Relax and repeat.
  • Repeat sets facing other direction.
