Description of exercise Elastic neck forward bend exercise is a stretching exercise that targets the muscles in the neck and upper back. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin towards your chest, while simultaneously reaching your arms down towards the floor. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, feeling a stretch in the back of your neck and upper back. Then, slowly return to the starting position. This exercise helps improve flexibility and range of motion in the neck, relieve tension and stiffness, and can also help alleviate headaches and neck pain.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.

  • Sit with good posture.
  • Loop elastic around forehead.
  • Hold elastic behind head.
  • Looking straight ahead, bend neck forward.
  • Return to start position and repeat.
