Slowly lower your body by bending your knees and pushing your hips back, keeping your back straight. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position. This exercise helps to improve flexibility and strength in the calves and ankles, and can also help with balance and stability. It is a great addition to any pool workout routine. |
