Description of exercise The Pool Quad stretch is a simple yet effective exercise that helps to stretch and strengthen the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thigh. It is performed in a pool, making it a low-impact exercise that is gentle on the joints. To do the Pool Quad stretch, stand in waist-deep water and hold onto the pool edge for balance. Bend your right knee and bring your heel towards your buttocks, using your hand to hold onto your foot. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, feeling a stretch in the front of your thigh. Repeat on the other leg. This exercise can help improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall lower body strength.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
How to do exercise
  • Stand in pool on uninvolved leg.
  • Hold ledge for balance.
  • Bend knee of involved leg.
  • Grasp with hand and gently pull up toward buttocks.
  • Hold and repeat.
