Description of exercise | Static thumb eye track exercise is a simple yet effective eye exercise that helps improve eye coordination and focus. To do this exercise, extend your arm in front of you with your thumb pointing up. Keep your arm straight and your eyes fixed on your thumb. Slowly move your arm to the left and right, while keeping your eyes on your thumb. Then, move your arm up and down, still focusing on your thumb. Repeat this exercise for a few minutes, gradually increasing the speed and range of motion. This exercise can help strengthen eye muscles and improve eye movement control, making it a great warm-up for any visual tasks. |
