Description of exercise | Pool leg jumping jack is a low-impact exercise that combines the traditional jumping jack movement with the resistance of water. To perform this exercise, you start by standing in chest-deep water with your arms at your sides. Then, jump your legs out to the sides while simultaneously raising your arms above your head. As you land back in the starting position, lower your arms and repeat the movement for a total of 10-15 repetitions. This exercise targets the legs, core, and arms while also providing a cardiovascular workout. |
