Description of exercise DB arm circles is a simple yet effective exercise that targets the muscles in the shoulders, arms, and upper back. To perform this exercise, you will need a pair of dumbbells and enough space to move your arms in a circular motion. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding the dumbbells in each hand. Then, extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height and begin making small circular motions with your arms. Slowly increase the size of the circles, making sure to keep your arms straight and your shoulders down. This exercise helps to strengthen and tone the muscles in your upper body while improving shoulder mobility.
