Description of exercise | Supine double leg angels exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles, hip flexors, and lower back. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your arms extended above your head and your legs straight out in front of you. Slowly raise your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight and together, while simultaneously raising your arms towards the ceiling and bringing them back down to your sides. This movement resembles the shape of an angel’s wings, hence the name. This exercise helps improve core stability, posture, and balance, making it a great addition to any workout routine. It can also help alleviate lower back pain and improve overall flexibility. |
