Description of exercise | The Platysma drill exercise is a facial exercise that targets the platysma muscle, which is located in the neck and jaw area. This exercise involves opening the mouth wide and pulling the corners of the mouth downwards to create a “sad” expression. Then, the head is tilted back and the chin is lifted while maintaining the “sad” expression. This movement helps to strengthen and tone the platysma muscle, which can help improve the appearance of the jawline and reduce the appearance of sagging skin in the neck area. It is recommended to perform this exercise for 10-15 repetitions daily for best results. |
