Description of exercise | Purse lip exercise is a facial exercise that involves puckering the lips as if blowing a kiss. This exercise is commonly used to strengthen and tone the muscles around the mouth, particularly the orbicularis oris muscle. To perform this exercise, one needs to sit or stand with their back straight and lips slightly parted. Then, slowly pucker the lips together, hold for a few seconds, and release. This exercise can be repeated several times a day and has been found to improve the appearance of fine lines around the mouth, enhance lip definition, and improve overall facial muscle tone. It is a simple and effective way to keep the lips and surrounding muscles healthy and youthful. |
