Description of exercise Palm cupping exercise is a simple and effective hand exercise that can help improve grip strength, finger dexterity, and overall hand coordination. To perform this exercise, start by making a cup shape with your hand and placing a small object, such as a coin or small ball, in the center of your palm. Then, using your fingers, try to lift the object off your palm and hold it for a few seconds before releasing it back into your palm. Repeat this exercise for a few minutes, gradually increasing the weight of the object as your hand strength improves. This exercise can be done anywhere and is a great way to keep your hands strong and flexible.

  • Begin with fingers straight, thumb next to fingers.
