Description of exercise The Diamond hip stretch exercise is a stretching movement that targets the hips and inner thighs. To perform this exercise, sit on the floor with your legs bent and the soles of your feet touching each other, forming a diamond shape with your legs. Gently press your knees towards the floor using your elbows, feeling a stretch in your hips and inner thighs. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds and then release. This stretch helps to improve flexibility and mobility in the hips, and can also alleviate tension and discomfort in the lower back. It is a great exercise for those who sit for long periods of time or participate in activities that require hip flexibility.

How to do exercise
  • Lie on back with knees bent, soles of feet together.
  • Slowly let your knees drop to floor.
