Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.

How to do exercise
  • Grasp leg under calf and under thigh with other hand.
  • Lift leg up, bending knee and hip to about 90 degrees.
  • Hold leg in this position and move lower leg side to side, as shown.
  • Repeat with other leg.
